Lucy Fry’s show Mako Mermaids first season is currently airing in Australia and it seems plans for a second season are underway. The second season would air in 2015. Although unconfirmed by Lucy’s management,  Lucy would reprise the role of Lyla, one of the three mermaids who is described as ‘hot headed and determined’.

Those not in Australia can watch the first half of the season (ep 1-14) on netflix now, with the second half to be available this Sunday (September 15).
