Rotate A Picture on Facebook

If you want to rotate a picture on Facebook, there are a few different ways that you can do it. One way is to use the built-in photo editor. To do this, first go to the photo that you want to rotate. Then, click on the “Edit” button. A new window will open up with the photo editor. From here, you can click on the “Rotate” button to rotate the photo.

Another way to rotate a picture on Facebook is to use a third-party application. There are a few different ones that you can choose from, but we recommend using Fotor. To rotate a picture on Facebook, first go to your profile page and click on the “Photos” tab. Then, find the photo you want to rotate and click on it. Finally, click on the “rotate” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the photo.

Why Does Facebook Rotate My Photos?

There could be a few different reasons why Facebook is rotating your photos. It could be that you uploaded the photo in the wrong orientation, or it could be that Facebook has a setting that automatically rotates photos.

To check if this is the case, go to your profile page and click on the “Settings” link. Then, click on the “General” tab and scroll down to the “Photos” section. If the “Auto-Rotate Photos” option is checked, then that is most likely why your photos are being rotated. To fix this, simply uncheck the option and save your changes.

Open the Picture You Want to Rotate in Facebook

  • Click on “Edit” in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
  • The photo editing tool will open up. In the upper right hand corner of this tool, you’ll see an icon that looks like a clockwise arrow inside a box. If you click this, it will rotate your photo 90 degrees clockwise.
  • You can click this icon multiple times to keep rotating the photo in 90 degree increments.
  • Once you have the photo rotated to the position you want, click “Done” in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

Select “Rotate Left” or “Rotate Right” From the Menu That Appears

Your photo will rotate in the direction you selected. You can keep selecting “Rotate Left” or “Rotate Right” until your photo is rotated to the position you want it in. When you’re finished, click “Done.”

If you want to save the changes you’ve made to the photo, click “Save.” Otherwise, click “Cancel” to close the photo editor without saving your changes.
